Product Guarantee

DrinksPlinks ice trays are designed for long life use, backed by a 5 year guarantee. This guarantee is applicable for defects in material and workmanship under normal household use and when our trays are cared for according to our ‘Cool Trays + Hot Tips’ guidelines. 

Exceptions to this guarantee include damage caused from misuse, abuse, commercial application, discoluration or scratches incurred from washing with abrasive materials. 

This guarantee is only valid upon presentation of a dated proof of purchase and after examination of the product by DrinksPlinks.  If it is found that there is a defect in material or workmanship and the defect was not caused by an excluded category as set out above, DrinksPlinks will replace the product, or if no longer available, provide a similar product.
