Product Guarantee

DrinksPlinks ice trays are designed for long life use and are guaranteed for 5 years. The guarantee is applicable for defects in material and workmanship under normal household use and when cared for according to the Care + Use guidelines.

Excluded from the terms and conditions of the guarantee include damage caused by wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use and discolouration, scratches caused by washing with materials such as scourers and sponges with abrasive pads.  Consequential damage is excluded from this guarantee.

This guarantee is only valid upon presentation of a dated proof of purchase and after examination of the product by DrinksPlinks.  If it is found that there is a defect in material or workmanship and the defect was not caused by an excluded category as set out above, DrinksPlinks will replace the product, or if no longer available, provide a similar product.
