Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement for you. All returns my be reported to us within 30 days of purchase.  Please DO NOT RETURN any items before contacting us first. We may request a photo or photos of the item.


All other returns

If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us for a refund or store credit.  

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
We recommend you send any returns using registered post, with a signature on demand.  It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches our office.  Please ensure your name, address and phone number are on the back of the parcel.

Once your item arrives at our office and has been inspected, we will issue you a refund ( excluding delivery charges which are non-refundable).
