Tips For Using DrinksPlinks

Before the cocktails start flowing here’s what you need to know.

Before Freezing

• Wash the tray with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
• Avoid abrasive scourers which can damage the silicone

To Create Stunning Ice Shapes & Letters

• For ice shapes & letters that are all the same size, fill the tray with water, leaving about 2mm at the top so the ice can expand
• Don’t overfill
• Place your tray on a flat surface in the freezer
• Freeze for at least 5 hours

To Unmould

• Take your tray out of the freezer and turn it upside down
• Let it sit for at least 30 seconds
• Gently pop your ice shapes out from the base

DrinksPlinks Plus

• The ice trays are 100% food grade silicone, free from BPA, and can be used for baking up to 220C (428F)
• Use the moulds to make:

  • Resin shapes
  • Candles
  • Bath bombs
• Load the shapes & letters with edible flowers, herbs, citrus or berries, top with water and freeze for use in drinks

To Care For Your Ice Trays

• The ice trays are dishwasher safe
• Don’t use abrasive scourers if washing by hand
• Avoid excessive oil and foods that can stain silicone such as turmeric and tomato paste & curry paste
