Material is PEVA.  Please not this is the same material as all other similar bags you will see on internet/amazon, even though a lot of other companies call them silicone too and sometimes forget to mention they are not heat resistant!

They are food safe of course, freezer safe, dishwasher safe. But PEVA is not heat resistant like silicone, so they won’t go to oven of microwave. They are for conservation only.
